ICLEI members awarded!

ICLEI members have proven once again to stand out when it comes to environment and sustainability!

On 23 February 2009, in Bruxelles, Hamburg and Stockholm were crowned Green Capital Cities of Europe while Budapest received the European Mobility Week award. The winners, along with the the finalists of both awards, are all ICLEI members!

The eight European Green Capital finalists will be presenting their cities - with a focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency - at the Local Renewables Freiburg 2009 conference!
